Kitchen, Dining and Entertaining: The full size stone bench top kitchen is fitted out with the latest stainless appliance (including dishwasher) to assist you prepare that gourmet meal.  There is an elegant dinner settings for eight, plastic settings for the kids, shatterproof equipment for poolside and crystal wine glasses for the adults. The dining area seats up to 8 people and opens out onto a pleasant shady rear courtyard with a private BBQ and outdoor dining area.
The Kitchen, Dining and Living has a reverse cycle air conditioner, and upstairs in the bedrooms there is a fully ducted air conditioner and ceiling fans for those warm balmy nights and portable oil heaters for those rare chill nights.
The lounge area features leather couches, a large 42" LCD digital TV with CD/DVD/BlueRay facilities.  We have also supplied a library with books, DVD’s and a large games collection to make your holiday complete. ​
Excellent Property
The house was immaculate, everything was provided - sheets, towels and cooking utensils. Excellent location close to all Nelson Bay facilities

Bedrooms

Three (3) Bedrooms.  Master Bedroom is set up with a king bed and access to an en-suite and private balcony. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two large king single beds which can upon request be converted into a king bed.  The bedrooms accommodate up to 6 adults or two small families.   All beds are new and are furnished with Egyptian cotton sheet/doona sets, plush doonas,  plus there is a choice of pillow firmness from soft, medium, firm or memory foam. Beautiful Egyptian cotton Australian made toweling is also provided, and separate towels are ready at the back door for use at the pool. A porta cot is available upon request.
2.5 Bathrooms.  Including full bath, three toilets and en-suite access from master.
Comfy Beds
This house was fantastic! Clean and soo comfortable. Sheets and beds were so nice. It's in a great spot only minutes from a few different beaches. The house is well equipped and felt quite luxurious. Very child friendly. We will be back for sure.

Pool and Barbecue Area

The Pool: ‘Serenity’ is part of a small local community that shares the costs associated with a huge & sleekly modern pool and barbeque area. The ten meter by six meter pool with two separate barbeque areas and facilities is less than thirty meters from the rear of the property and situated in a wonderful elevated sunny north facing position. Beach towels are supplied at the back door. Pool Closed: 1st May until 30th September.

Garage and Laundry

Other Features: The private courtyard opens off the main living area and features out door dinning and barbeque. The garage feature space for two small vehicles and off street parking for your guests. The laundry is fully equipped with washing powder and a outdoor & indoor cloth line provide.
